Community Hospice Foundation

Community Hospice Foundation, as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, we are dedicated to reinvesting in the community where we live and work. Every donation we receive is used to directly assist patients and families during their hospice journey, ensuring that they receive the care and support they need.

Examples of how our foundation’s resources are at work:

Make a Wish:

• A serene fishing trip on the Ohio River

• A special meal at a patient’s favorite diner

• An exhilarating hot air balloon ride

 

Resources for Patients and Families:

• Air conditioning units for COPD patients

• Construction of outdoor ramps for enjoying the outdoors

• Assistance with funeral expenses

• Help with utilities

• Hospice care, regardless of the ability to pay

In addition to the above vital services, we are excited to announce the launch of a capital campaign to build a hospice house for our community. This facility will provide a comforting, home-like environment where patients can receive expert hospice care surrounded by loved ones and compassionate professionals.
